1. Our Commitment

Dr. Calise, LLC is committed to making DrCalise.com, SUCCEEDPlatform.com, and related digital experiences accessible and usable for as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities. We believe practical business training should be clear, usable, and accessible.

2. Accessibility Standard

Our goal is to work toward substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 or 2.2 Level AA, as applicable and reasonably achievable for our websites, content, and third-party platform experiences. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we will continue to improve as our websites, tools, courses, and platform features evolve.

We may take the following steps to support accessibility:

maintaining sufficient color contrast where possible;

working with Wix, Kajabi, Consentik, and other third-party providers that control parts of the user experience; and
responding to accessibility feedback and fixing issues where feasible.

4. Third-Party Content and Platforms

Some parts of the Services may be provided by third-party platforms or embedded tools, including Wix, Kajabi, Stripe, Google, YouTube, podcast players, scheduling tools, social media platforms, or other providers. We do not fully control the accessibility of third-party platforms, embedded media, browser extensions, payment systems, or external websites. We encourage third-party providers to offer accessible experiences and will review alternatives where accessibility issues create meaningful barriers.

5. Known Limitations

Because the Services may include embedded videos, podcasts, downloadable files, course materials, older content, user-provided content, or third-party tools, some content may not yet fully meet our accessibility goals. We are working to improve accessibility over time and welcome feedback about barriers.
